Bad chicken


Forget where I first saw the trick of putting the meat you’re pounding into a ziplok bag, but I use this trick all the time. No worries about cleaning up raw chicken juices sprayed all over your kitchen. Just remember not to deal the bag all the way it or else kablam.

I also find using my small paddle cutting board as a mallet gets the job done a lot faster than those wimpy meat mallets.
