    1. Was freelancing there. Basically, sauté pre-shaved (thank you Wegmans) brussel sprouts in olive oil with a pat of butter in it until they soften up. Then throw in some pre cooked bacon. When everything is really singing, put in about 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Turn down the heat and let the leaves soak up all the juices.
