Jettas run on gasoline and light bulbs. I’ve own 9 cars and I can count on zero fingers how many bulbs I’ve changed in them. Sandy’s ’06 Jetta? I’m pretty sure that it derives at least some of its life force from light bulbs. We’ve had the Jetta for 5 years and I’ve no lie, put 2 dozen bulbs in it. 2 weeks ago a head light went, this week 2 directional/markers lights.
I’ve never seen anything like this in the other 3 VWs I owned over the years. As far (and my VW dealer) can tell there’s no gremlins in the electrical system and everything works as expected. What’s the deal?
