Dude, judging by the look on your face and how far your back sometimes contorts (presumably to gulp down an extra large helpin’ of fresh oxygen), that is a wee bit too intense for me.
I’ll stick to throwing people around the mat like they’re a sack of potatoes.
Despite what it seems, I wasn’t in agony for the whole race. The Brightroom photographers just seem to find the most agonizing places on the course (for me anyway) to set up shop.
The back contorting you mentioned is just compensating for running steep downhills. That’s a place where I really need to improve my form.
