Here’s another guy in from the New York City area training for the Badwater Marathon. I like this guys training regiment: running in Central Park on a route with no shade (in a full body black tracksuit), mowing his lawn with a push mower in 3 layers of clothes, and getting heat acclimated by cranking his bathroom up to 140 degrees.
Kinda makes the 3 hours I ran at Green Lakes this morning seem pretty lame. Thanks for the link, AK!
