Here’s some video of local runner Todd Baum talking his preparations for the Badwater Ultramarathon.  For those not familiar, that’s 135 miles through the Death Valley desert.  Kinda puts my wussy marathon stuff into perspective.  The elevation diagram just makes me want to cry. Good luck, Todd!
