Apple Tart

I winged my own apple tart recipe, sorta based on the raspberry lemon bars in the [amazon_link id=”1594866104″ target=”_blank” container=”” container_class=”” ]A Man, A Can, and A Plan[/amazon_link]  cookbook.  It was a little hard to adapt, because the raspberry pie filling in the original recipe doesn’t need to be cooked, raw apples do.  My idea to boil off the apple’s cooking juices into a glaze soaked through the tart too much, but despite being a sloppy mess was actually super tasty.
