Meals on Wheels of Syracuse Website Re-launched

For the last few weeks, I’ve been giving Meals on Wheels of Syracuse a hand modernizing their website. Yesterday, we flipped the switch to make the new site live.

Their old website had a lot of good information on it, but organization and presentation were poor. Previously, the site was straight HTML managed haphazardly with Dreamweaver. The new site uses the Squarespace CMS platform.

I’ve been a breast cancer research support for a few years. Figured it was time to give something back to my own team. So, this year, I’m giving Movember a shot, a raising fund and awareness for men’s health issues, especially prostate cancer, by growing out a bitch’n goatee. Please drop by my personal donation page, and give a few bucks if you can, much appreciated. I’ll try snap a picture of my mustache progress every few days just for kicks.

Just a quick note to thank everyone again for their supremely generous to donations to Komen Breast Cancer Research on behalf of my Mom. I’m very pleased to report that in total $897 was raised, far surpassing the goal of $500. I’m very blessed to have friends and family that are willing to help. Hopefully, someone else won’t have to go through the same troubles in the future.
