Peanut Butter Cheese Fudge
Thank you Paula Deen! Yeah, 2 sticks of butter and 2 pounds of sugar! Need to wrap it up for delivery so I don’t eat the whole pan myself; in one sitting.
Lets Figure Out What We Need to Do!
I’m not quite sure what the next step is, but we need to make sure that tragedies like the Sandy Hook shootings never happen again.
As a parent I can’t fathom something like that happening at school or day cares that my kids will go to. Sending prayers of hope and strength to everyone disrupted by this terrible incident.
and we’re back
There was a minute or two of downtime as I updated to the latest WordPress. I also disabled a bunch of plugins that I no longer use. Might speed things up a little bit.
And Christmas was little merrier…
Finally got caught up on maintenance for the wife’s Jetta. New wheel bearings in the front and replacement trunk latch in the rear. $922! Yikes, I forgot how expensive VWs are to keep. Thankfully, we’re still under extended 3rd party warranty. So the total damage out of pocket was a far more palatable $100.
Normally, I equate extended warranties to buying air. But, in this case the expensive warranty we opted for on the Jetta is actually earning its keep. I think we passed the total cost of the warranty a few repair sessions ago.
