It si somehting called ResEdit 1.07, a "resource editor" developed by some Apple guys, but I have no idea what a resource editor is, how it showed up, if it is prt of a larger problem, etc. I still have the free trial installed as well, so I suspect that might have something to do wiht it....based on what you mentioned.
